Bradley Leggett
Bradley Leggett is a seasoned professional from Louisiana and the Principal / Owner of ACRS. He has almost 30 years in the construction, architecture, and cost recovery industry. Bradley started in the architectural and construction field doing projects for department stores, medical and surgical hospitals, office buildings, manufacturing companies, colleges, etc across the country. After gaining knowledge from these areas while finishing his degree, he moved into the field of consulting and saving his clients money. He began to expand his knowledge and expertise in the accounts receivable and cost segregation fields.
He believes in helping his clients achieve the best return on their money. He strives to bring a commitment to service, integrity, and professionalism to be in the best position for his company to achieve the highest standards in the industry for his client’s benefit. He works very closely with the CPA community, the banking community, the commercial building, and the collections community to constantly have the highest standards of new opportunities for his clients.
He has over 30 years of experience in the collections and cost segregation fields working with thousands of clients helping them achieve the best advantages for their companies and saving their hard-earned cash flow. He took start-up companies from local businesses to nationwide enterprises producing millions of dollars for them as well as their clients.
Mr. Leggett continues to maintain loyalty from clients he has serviced for over 30 years. This return and repeat business loyalty to Mr. Leggett and his business exemplifies the professionalism he brings to the industry.
It was time after working and learning in the cost segregation industry for many years locally with Louisiana companies to look at and learn about cost segregation from other professionals in the industry nationwide. He consulted with many professionals nationwide and also with the newly formed American Cost Segregation Association (ACSA), which was formed to bring a standard to the industry on doing high-quality cost segregation studies for commercial building owners. Through these consultations, Mr. Leggett has developed a method of doing the Cost Segregation Studies and Section 179D Energy Tax Credits along with other tax and recovery solutions that will bring the best opportunity for maximizing his client’s return on their investments.
In 2012, Bradley opened his own company, Accelerated Cost Recovery Solutions. He is proud to see the company grow and now extend into its newest division, Coastal Cost Segregation Solutions.

Connie Leggett
Connie Leggett is an Independent Health and Life Insurance Agent. Connie collaborates with Fidelity & Guaranty, a leading annuity and life insurance company.
Connie was a Registered Nurse for 37 years, where she gained experience and knowledge in the healthcare sector. Throughout her career as a Registered Nurse, she worked in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical/Coronary Care Unit (CCU), and Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), where she held the position of Charge Nurse. In addition, she was a certified BCLS and ACLS instructor. She was also Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certified.
From her experience in the field and passion for helping others, she decided to become a Life Insurance Agent.
Connie’s goal is to help her clients find a policy that meets their short and long-term plans. These plans give her clients peace of mind, knowing their loved ones will be taken care of in times of need. These policies allow her clients to become more financially prepared for their retirement years.

Richard Adamiak
Richard Adamiak serves as our Project Manager. Richard Adamiak has more than 40 years of experience in the construction field, serving in lead Financial Controls and Project Management positions. Richard holds degrees in Planning and Architectural Technology and is a member of the American Institute of Planners (AIP). Rich served in a senior management position at an operational nuclear power plant for over 24 years, responsible during this time for financial controls and planning. In addition, Rich has had actual construction site experience, embedded with construction management teams in the field for extended periods of time, including an assignment in the Middle East. Rich is also a US Air Force, Vietnam veteran.
Ashlie Levert
Ashlie Levert is our Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager, she is responsible for all company financial affairs, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis. With over 20 years of finance and business management experience, she is well suited to hold this role.

LANDON TROXCLAIR
Landon Troxclair is an experienced Professional Engineer that we utilize to perform our takeoffs and engineering reports. Over the course of his career, he has completed projects involving structural design, project management, estimating, site planning, machine design, and product development. Landon handles all aspects of our engineering from inspections, and takeoffs, to energy efficiency measurements and studies. He has done large office buildings, hospitals, auto dealerships, manufacturing facilities, and many other commercial building structures and residential investment properties across the United States. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University earning a degree in Civil Engineering and after a short intern period obtained his license to practice engineering in the state of Louisiana.
From when Landon was a child building treehouses and bicycle ramps, his love for design and construction was evident. A problem solver at heart, he feels accomplished finding a way when the path may be unclear. He is his own worst critic and holds himself to high standards of workmanship, client satisfaction, professionalism, and ethics. Blessed to be the husband of a fantastic wife and father of two amazing children, the majority of his time away from the office is spent with them.
Edward Carrick
