Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage assigned projects from start to finish, including inspection and documentation of all components and specifications of onsite projects.
You will be expected to ensure that projects are completed on time, and within the allocated budget, and you will travel to client facilities to inspect their properties.
Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates using RS Means
Develop engineering calculations, diagrams, documentation, and technical reports
Communicate analyses and project solutions to appropriate parties
Complete the required technical documents and drawings
Ensure projects are completed on time and within the specified time allotment
Present analysis results electronically to our team with an explanation of the job description and special circumstances
Skills and Qualifications:
PE License
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Construction Management Engineering
Approximately 5 years of related work experience
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication and interaction with clients.
Advanced skills in critical software applications like Microsoft Office and Excel.
Expertise in data and problem analysis, creative problem solving, and design thinking
Up-to-date knowledge and technical skills are required to stay updated on building software used in our processes and operate in a critical-thinking environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Four or more years of experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning (scope, schedule, cost, quality)

Objectives of this Role:
Maximize project efficiency and profitability
Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion
Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation
Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel

Responsibilities:
Assist our Professional Engineers in establishing project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within the parameters of our policy

Create and administer protocols for monitoring project performance
Inform the Project Manager promptly of any schedule changes, and work closely with the Professional Engineer you are assigned to in order to ensure requirements are met
Oversee budgetary, scheduling, and project databases, and report regularly to the Project Manager on progress as well as on problems that could significantly affect cost or schedule
You will be expected to ensure that projects are completed on time, and within the allocated budget, and you will travel to client facilities to inspect their properties as needed.

The Sales Representative will understand the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills and can showcase our services compellingly.
Potential to be tasked with giving presentations, and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be personable and professional.
Objectives of this Role:
Represent ACRS services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our services meet the needs of customers
Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
Responsibilities:
Build your own client database to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
Identify prospects, set appointments, and make effective qualifying sales calls
Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentations as needed and handle objections
Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product analyses and presentations
Skills and Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
At least three years of business-to-business sales experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
